A new version of InSight Improve is now available for installation by our customers.

New case types

In InSight Improve 2.0 there are now three new case types: customer deviations, internal deviations and supplier deviations. The new case types have their own registration buttons, forms and steps.

A new overview of cases and tasks

We have also created a personalized page called "my cases". In my cases, you can see the tasks and cases that are relevant to you.

Access to the help portal

Now you get access to a help portal that contains instruction videos for both users and administrators.
