With Tahoe’s turnkey solution InSight, Mellanskog has an intuitive management system that helped them structure and clarify their processes.

Mellanskog – “together for stronger forest owners and richer forests”

With the vision “together for stronger forest owners and richer forests”, Mellanskog has the ambition that the forests we hand over to the next generation should be better forests than the ones we have today. With the values ​​solid, sustainable and enterprising, they want people to be forest owners in their own way. Today they are 220 employees spread out in various locations around Sweden. Since a few months ago they have had InSight as their management system.

Management system for process-oriented work

With a desire to work more process-oriented and with more common working methods within the organization, Mellanskog started the “Easy and right” project. Sofia Gyllenswärd, Project Manager in the development department, therefore began to look around for a new management system and the choice fell on InSight from Tahoe:

Today Sofia feels that Mellanskog has succeeded in clarifying its processes: “We are more in agreement about how we want to work and then it will be easier for all employees to follow the same way of working. By setting the structure for our work, we will be better able to develop our business.”

Grow with your management system

Sofia feels that the process of getting started with InSight went smoothly and is now planning how she will pass the knowledge on within the organization: “We will hold process owner forums where we train our employees on how to use the management system in the best way.”

Going forward Sofia and Mellanskog see great opportunities to develop their management system: “We look forward to the opportunity to jointly create and review documents directly in the system.”
