Access to a help portal

In Perform 2.2 you get access to a help portal that contains instructional videos, for both users and administrators.

Add links to processes and documents

Add a link to a process or controlled document from our new link selector feature. You can use it with any shape in the drawing tool. It is also possible to add dialogue to a shape where you can show rich text and links to processes, documents and tools.

Breadcrumb and process structure panel

Use our new process structure panel to help users navigate the management system more easily.

Fast Track approval for metadata and more options for managing documents

Approvers and administrators can now change a document’s metadata without the need for creating a new workspace. Administrators can restore and bring back documents that have previously been archived.
